Favorite Farm Pics Saturday

Good Morning! When I think or say the words “good morning” I immediately think of Robin Williams in Good Morning, Vietnam. Remember, “GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOD MORRRRNINNNNNG, VietNAAAMMMMM!!!” I even try to say it like he does sometimes, but it just can’t be done the same. Then I feel dumb and drop it. Just a lil’ tidbit of unnecessary information about myself that I thought you needed to know.

Anyway, it’s a cloudy morning so I slept a little later than usual. I woke up to the sound the Hubby’s Ranger buzzing around the farm. I hoped it would drive off, but there must be lots to do around here today. I have some options. I can go to a barrel race or two, help a neighbor put stucco on a house they are re-doing… that I popped off and said I might help do , or I can stick around here and help with a hog cookin’. What to do?

So I can wash my locks, put on my face and jump into a pair of jeans that the dryer keeps shrinking…. HERE is Favorite Farm Pics Saturday:

Have you ever wanted something so badly that you would stick your head under a shredder to get it? A hound dog’s nose can get him into a serious pickle sometimes. He had a little trouble gettin’ that head unstuck. And you should never be standing on the opposite side of the dog. Fortunately what was under there never came out and the dogs gave up, but if it had I’m certain I would have peed on myself!

I wouldn’t call this a fabulous photo, but it is the only pic I got both of my kids showing their hogs in. Just a lil’ brag pic.

One of our tanks. All I can say is the right place at the right time.
